I'm always down for something new, so a fusion restaurant seemed fun and quite a variety on the menu. However, everything we had... was just a bit - off? Egg rolls were probably the favorite. The free guac and chips (surprise!) were good, though the guacalmost tasted more like a salsa with a very intense tomato flavor more than anything. The dumplings were a bit bland. The worstcrime, however, was the Tikka Masala. One of my favorite Indian dishes and I've had many times, this one tasted NOTHING like it.No hints or garam masala spice. I know it's fusion but then don't name a dish off of something so specific in flavor. Read more

It was fun to try, but I wouldn't go there again. The marsala flavors just weren't good to me. I did like the chips and guac... they had, though. Read more

This was my first time ordering food from The Fusion Cafe & Bar. After a long day of deep cleaning my house for my son's... Birthday Party tomorrow, I needed to eat and wanted to treat myself. I'll admit, I ordered later in the evening than I normallywould, but it was well before their 9:00 closing. I was very glad I ordered more food than I could eat because half of the foodwas pretty much inedible. The Eggrolls & Pork dumplings were excellent--although I received the VERY spicy dipping sauce withboth, when I requested Hoisin sauce. These appetizers were the highlight of the meal, I'm afraid. The Shrimp & Avocado summerrolls, meant to be served cold, were placed in the bag with the hot food, so by the time they were delivered, the rice paperwrappers had pretty much dissolved and come apart, so I was left with a massive pile of unseasoned vermicelli, 3 warm shrimp, 2small slices of warm avocado and a few strips of other veggies & cabbage. The Peanut Noodles--ordered based upon several 5 starreview mentions, were made with soggy vermicelli, not rice noodles as advertised & had very little flavor. The Chicken in thedish was dry & gristly, and it was also missing the mushrooms & bean sprouts mentioned in the menu description. Sadly, it wasall but inedible. This was disappointing as Peanut Noodles are one of my favorite dishes. Unfortunately, with as many trulygreat restaurants as there are in the area, I probably wouldn't order from or eat at The Fusion Cafe & Grill again if there wereother options available, unless I was just looking for a light meal of appetizers. This was an expensive miss for me. Read more

Delicious meal. I had the Nepali chow main. Others in my group had the peanut street noodles and fried rice. All of it was... delicious! Service was great! Read more
