Busy Saturday night. Service at the bar for 2 beers was efficient. Sour Monkey and Miller Lite. We Ordered 5-cheese spinach dip... as an appetizer and grilled wings as an entree. They both arrived at the same time :( Spinach dip was amazing. Wings weren?tcharred as a grilled wing should be and sorta slimy. Overall, a 3-star experience. Our server was great, though. Thanks! I've at here serval times, sometimes better than others. I think issues with no one at front to seat you, not so energetic... staff, servers alright. Today seemed slow around lunch not to busy, was greeted and seated at a booth, server came we got drinksand appetizer quick. But the problem was out of steak, couldn't get steak tacos, then the kitchen messed up or got the orderconfused. I love that y'all r doing seafood/lobster tails, but they could be bigger for the price and we had to wait 30 plusminutes for all our food, the steak with the surf and turf looked cooked but to pink not well done no flavor, again problemswith kitchen. I may come back another time or just wait. Read more

Not exactly happy with our visit. When we walked in we were greeted and the young man held the door for us. That was very nice,... and he was extremely polite. We opted to sit at the bar. There was a guy and a little short girl working the bar. My problem waswith her. The main thing was when a group of about 5 came in, she ran over and was hugging all over all of them- returning backto the bar area to serve food and make a few drinks. NO HAND WASHING! . Next, some one was cutting up a watermelon I assume fordrinks. People were around the bar area as this food set on the bar the whole time we were there. Several flys hung out with thewatermelon! I?m disappointed that the hygiene of the coworkers and the handling of food preparation of this establishment hasdeclined immensely . Will not be back! Read more

This was one of my favorite places to go for a burger several years ago traveling from Michigan. However this time, myself and a... guest was extremely disappointed in the food quality and service. I guests salmon was covered in pepper on top and burnt as wellas her vegetables were burnt. For myself, had a burger that was not quite as bad but still had the taste of some kind ofburntness.. if that's a word. Perhaps it was cooked in the same salmon / vegetable pan. The staff was mediocre I would say. Notthe worst but could have been more attentive to us with our needs. The facility was not busy at all. I don't know what haschanged over the years from the last time I have dined here but I hope management and/or the owner will take action to bringthis place back to what it used to be. Read more

While my experience was alright, the donut holes were great and the Tenders tasted well! However, there did happen (and I know I... sound rather exaggerated but this is 100% true) to be a fly in my chicken tenders when eating. Now, I understand the foodservice industry is a rigorous one, so I do commend you for your work, however, after I paid 40 dollars on a meal, it?s ratherdisgusting to see that I found a fly in my meal.
