Placed order in the drive thru, however, the wait time was over 15 minutes. I went inside to get my order I had already placed... at the drive thru. That process completely confused the front end cashier. Nevertheless, they were short handed. I counted fiveemployees total. The manager, 2 on drive thru,front end cashier and the person cooking. And I think he was doing the best hecould, however, my Buffalo chicken wings were not cooked all the way. I drove all the way home(less than a mile)and had to driveback to KFC. I wasn't rude,because I could clearly see this KFC was having a bad day.I will not say I would never goback,because being understaffed can take a toll on having good customer service and food. The only reason I am even giving this location two stars and not one is because this KFC at LEAST had their fries... The... location I had tried prior gave me some grocery store freezer section unseasoned fries that had already put me in a bad moodbecause I did not even get a full refund for them. When I decided to try this location instead and had to call them to confirmthey had fries in stock, I thought I was in good hands finally. Nope... I paid for their dipping sauces and they did not evenput them in my bag. If I have to pay for sauces, I best get them. If they were free and I did not get them, fine, whatever.
