It was terrible I understand that you understaffed but that doesn't excuse the fact that you repeat my entire order to me, make... me wait in the drive-through for 10 minutes, and then when I finally get to the window to pay and get my food you don't evenhave my order and you have to ask me again even though you just repeated it to me and told me to pull around for my total. This location has always had the most friendly staff when I have visited. They are busy, but they make you feel welcome. ... Parking is a little cramped, but gormes with the location. Not sure they can change much about it. The crispy chicken biscuitwas really good when it first came out a few years back. But, lately, every location I have been to, it is not light andcrispy any more. Not sure if grease needs to be changed more often, or if being overcooked. But, something not the same withthe crispy chicken biscuit across all locations. It use to be light and crispy on the outside, very tender and juicy on inside.
