I used to order from here all the time online, but I went in person this week and it was an awful experience. The person taking... my order was very dismissive and had a terrible attitude. I ordered a simple burger with bacon and cheese, nothing else. Theymanaged to mess it up and put on jalapeños, onions, ketchup, mustard, and pickles. I went back but the customer service wasterrible. I was getting new tires next door and had some time to kill and I was hungry. Being a vegetarian, I didn't know if they had a... burger for me, but I was pleasantly surprised that they had two choices...the garden burger and the Impossible burger. I chosethe garden burger and it was very good. Glad they had slaw as a topping! The onion rings were very good, too, and a verylarge portion. The restaurant was very clean, including the bathroom. The cashier acted annoyed that we were there.The floor was coated with something slick that makes walking hazardous. The table... had something sticky on it that caused both of us to have to slide to the restrooms to wash our hands. The burgers we orderedwere great , but the very skimpy portion of fries was surprising. We took a chance to try something new. Its a shame it wasn?t agood experience. Read more

This restaurant is absolutely incapable of ever fulfilling an order without something wrong. We have ordered from here way more... times than we really ought to have. No more and never again. For the last four or five times that we have ordered from thislocation they have gotten the order wrong. Today a simple Burger with nothing but cheese and meat somehow came with barbecuesauce on it. I can't imagine how it's possible to screw up a piece of meat and a piece of cheese between two pieces of bread.And yet way back burgers still manages to amaze me with their level of ineptitude and incompetence.
