So..... This was my first "experience" at a Chiplote. I am not exactly sure why it took me so long to finally get my butt into... one of these restaurants and try them out. It's not like I've ever heard bad things about them,.... and I really REALLY enjoyMexican and "Tex-Mex" foods. And I am happy to announce that my first experience was AWESOME! EVERYTHING on my plate was notonly fresh looking, but, had incredibly fresh flavors. Even considering it was rather later in the evening, there wasn'tanything that seemed to have been sitting around all day or needing to get used up before having to be tossed. I've been going to this location for the past 3 years. In the past year portions have gotten smaller and today was the last... straw. Went in at 21:24 door was closed when it says on the door that they close at 22:00. A gentelmen came and open for us justto say unless it's an online order we are closed ( in a rude manner). Why would you list your business hours if you're not goingto respect them! Will not go back! If you're in the area you're better off driving down on Daniels and go to the Chipotle in theWinter Garden Village. Staff is nicer and they respect their business hours. Read more
I?ve had enough with Chipotle! Live near this location and it?s consistently slow, portions inconsistent, sloppy, etc. Not to... mention Chipotles app in general has gotten worse?lines at the pick up shelf get longer than regular line, food and bags gettaken by people not paying attention, then when I waited as they made my food after 30 minutes it was STILL WRONG! The worst experience I ever had. Came to order food at 7:30 pm on Friday, door was closed. Smb came out, told us to wait 15... minutes bcs they cook food. So we waited. After 20 min we knock on the door again. It took us 15 minutes and two people to findout that they take only online orders. And the lady was super rude about it. Read more
