Came to the store to use the rewards app. The employee either did not know how to apply the deal or perhaps the app was acting... up, but either way a very solvable issue was present. A deal would not apply after scanning my app. I confirmed with the managerthe deal was good for in store orders and even asked if they could just manually apply it.
