Newly built location. Must use kiosk for ordering. Serive was efficient. 9 available curbside spaces. Could speed up kitchen... prep which would increase sales and customer satisfaction. Read more
Sometimes the food is good there. Usually, it?s not (like today, my Bacon Double Quarter with NO BACON or my Large Fries with... half portion). No refills machine for customers. If you want a refill, ask one of the employees. If you order curbside, it'sbetter to be prepared not to have napkins. Sometimes we have to wait for 25-30min to get a quarter pounder at thecurbside. This place is always a cluster. I don't usually get McDonald's but was in a hurry but obviously it was a mistake. The cashier... was so flustered that he couldn't multitask so just sat there waiting to order and then to even pay. When I got to the nextwindow they didn't even have the food ready when there was 3 people just standing there. When she came to the window I told herthe cashier needed help she dismissed me and told me to have a good day. Unprofessional, unbothered and no sense of urgency. AVOID like the plague. Read more
I?ve waited several months before deciding to post this review. I understand mistakes happen, but McDonalds leads the fast food... industry when it comes to mistakes!!! We cannot go to ANY McDonalds drive-through and they actually get our order correct! NEVER! Apparently it?s an extremely difficult task to get a food order correct!!?? What amazes me even more is the talk ofminimum wage reaching $15 per hour for a zero skills job that they continually fail at getting right!!! Just another example ofrewarding poor performance. Don?t go to McDonald?s in Hamlin, or any of them for that matter. The upper management is obviouslynon-existent, total disregard for customer service standards. It?s abundantly clear they ride the franchise name of McDonald?sand think the name alone will draw in their customers. What a poorly run business. I hope McDonald?s fails and shuts down. Thepic is paying for large fries and seeing the entire back of the fry cone. I?d say you get medium quantity, maybe, in a large.McDonalds is King at cutting corners! Read more
