The service at this establishment is horrible at the very least, especially since they’ve been under new management. Not to... mention, impolite and rude! For starters, I sat at the bar for almost 30 min and no one said a word. I must mention, they wereseverely understaffed. The guy bartender told me if I wanted to order something, I would have to stand up over to the registerjust to place my order, although I was already sitting at the bar. Therefore I asked for a table to be seated just to place myfood order. Because I was by myself, I was seated at a single table where no one had enough time or even tried to take my order.I had to literally walk over to the guy at the register, who told me 30 min later that everyone was busy. Not one server triedto assist me. Therefore the host asked the server named Francisca, who was helping other people in my area if she would assistme and she declined, saying she was too busy even though people came behind me she helped. Finally over an hour later thefemale bartender named LuLu brought me my drink that I initially ordered, and took my food order. Thank goodness! The guybartender ended up bringing my food. I’m not sure if it depends on how many people are in your party, race, or what. But thesepeople had absolutely no interest in helping me. Great experience. Food was delicious, NOT your typical restaurant food, this is more like traditional homemade food, plated... beautifully. They have a variety of cocktails, and other drinks to choose from, desert was very tasty. Excellent service. Highlyrecommended! Read more
