Slow. Got the pretzel burger and was really disappointed. Heavy Horseradish flavor. Smashed, and not put together well. They... were out of co2 so couldn?t get a soda. I went to get lunch, I got a medium combo but after getting back to work I noticed they only gave me fries and a drink, I went... back a couple minutes later because I work a few minutes from this location. I get there and tried to explain the situation andnobody could understand me and I felt bad for making the person behind me in the drive thru wait after I repeated myself aboutfive times to different employees and eventually I got the sandwich finally and I asked if I could pay for the person behind metoo because I felt bad and then when I check my bank account later I see they also charged me for the sandwich I was missing toooriginally without telling me that? I don?t like that their was nobody that could understand me or they didn?t use commonsense?? I?m not going back anymore. They need people that can actually handle things. Read more
We?ve always had great experiences at this Wendy?s. Most often we stop if it?s a late night (Disney, concerts, games) because... they?re one of the only places open later at night. We were the only car in the drive thru this visit and ordered 2 meals and acouple individual items. The person taking the order was friendly and we paid and got our food in a couple minutes. There wereno missing items and the food was hot. Perfect for a late night meal. Read more
In the drive-through for 30 minutes two cars ahead of me both of them drove off. I decided to go inside six people working no... one inside as far as customers. Oh I don?t have anybody to take your order at the register you have to use the kiosk. Then dotell me what any of the people are doing inside of that Wendy?s.
