Horrendous the drive through wasn't working had to get down and we got our orders mixed. I had to say please refill the napkins... as we could not get one napkin. I hope other brands of coffee franchises would start. As this is the third Starbucks that I havegone and no drive through and horrible service. So this location today in winter haven fl on Saturday it was in miami fl on sw40 st and 116 Ave. And Friday on nw 41 st and 112 Ave in Doral FL. Interior is great plenty of seating both inside and outside. Unfortunately that?s about it. Customer service is horrible. Run by... kids that can?t get orders right and move super slow. Not a pleasurable experience. Hoping for a better visit next time but thiswas definitely not it. Read more

After waiting 30+ minutesin the store after my mobile order?s ?estimated ready? time I inquired when it would be ready and was told that my order had notyet been printed and they were behind 30-40 minutes.
