This time it was frustrating . The girl at the register must have been her first job?.Because I couldn?t use my reward for a... free entree because she already sent it thru whatever that means and I hadn?t even pay. What if I wanted to add a drink. Sheclearly does not know how to use a POS system. Their organization was all over the place they had to open 4 bowls because theydidn?t label it and couldn?t figure out who was who?s . Also no receipt so I can?t do anything about it :/ Read more
This chipotle is amazing at getting orders wrong and having a long wait time for pick ups. I order my food 20 mins in advance... after my shift just to wait 15 -20 extra mins for the wrong order. Not only do they give me things like sour cream and lettucewhich I hate, they also make sure to only give 6 pieces of chicken with a bunch of rice. I believe less than half of my orderwas right in this pic with a bonus of things I didn?t want. There?s legit always 5 people working there so it?s on management that this restaurant cannot function properly. My daughter wanted to try chipotle?s so we stopped for lunch. The sweet tea was old and sour. I told the employee there and she... replied, ?Heard?.I ordered the steak burrito and the put a small ladle of steak and filled the shell with all the othertoppings. I add guacamole to the burrito. The condiments and drinks area was filthy. There were 4 trash bins next to it thatwere overflowing with trash. My daughter went to the restroom and said it was filthy and there was no toilet paper in thestalls. The burrito was nothing to write about but I bit down on something hard in it. The employees are doing the best they can at a very busy location. The trash was overflowing but my meal was tasty. The service... was friendly and professional.
