Wow, so I?ve been coming here for YEARS! And I?m so ECSTATIC there?s a new owner! Every time I come here my experience is better... than the last, the food is always fresh and quality is just beyond amazing! I?m so thankful they condensed their oversized?Cheesecake Factory of sushi? menu of items bc it was so overwhelming. Prior I always felt the servers were overwhelmed withthat crazy menu, now the service is above par and I think it has everything to do with the new changes! Been coming here since 1998 and it still is the best sushi I have had in the Continental United States. If you are a true... local, you know this is the joint. I went here recently and ordered the SP roll because it sounded great. This was my first time at Fuji but I?d heard awesome... things about it for years. I love sushi and trying new restaurants around town, but what I received here was inedible and thesmell associated with my food was so foul that I had to immediately take it to an outdoor trash can. And I NEVER throw awayfood. I mean, does this roll look appetizing to you? It was just a huge glop of chewy stuff. I?m nauseous thinking about it. Iwould?ve driven back and asked for a refund, but it wasn?t worth it. I know these are tough times and I?m happy to support ourlocal businesses (and everyone here was VERY nice and professional), but this just ain?t it. $30 down the drain. Read more
