Worst service ever! The machines were down, which I get it? not their fault but after my boyfriend left to get cash and CAME... BACK, they wouldn?t give him his free queso. He had a coupon for free queso but they wouldn?t give to him just because theycouldn?t scan it. Like teach your employees about customer service. Let me first say that the staff was super friendly and caring, but it did seem like they were under staffed compared to the... amount of customers. I don't like to post negative reviews but I will not visit this location again. The food quality was so badwe didn't finish anything we ordered (bowl and burrito). Sadly, once again. This Moe's dissapoints. Veggie bowl, missing guac. No call or offer of a substitute. Bowl barely full and a... very small handful of chips. We love Moe's! But now there is no option for us in Winter Park. Read more
