Had an amazing lunch at Rome’s Flavours. The owner is Italian and indeed the dishes follow the traditional and authentic... Italian cuisine. The portions are delicious and adequate sized, but not particularly generous. Recommend an appetizer if youlike to eat in quantity. We had several pastas, such as Shrimp & Pistachios, Carbonara (real carbonara with guanciale, no creamand onion), Alfredo with truffle cream. They were all delicious, and the service was fast and nice. The Tiramisu was soft andlight as well, not too sweet. They also offer Lavazza expresso. Recommended! Read more
Oh how I wish I would’ve taken pictures of the bruschetta and the muscles to share. But i promise you, It was delicious! You... must come to try for yourself. I’m sharing with you my Fettuccine Alfredo with added bacon (you can also add mushrooms).Thank you chef and thank you to our waitress who did a fantastic job with the wine samples and service. Omg… what can I say.. this food was beyond amazing. My expectations were completely blown out the water eating here.. I’m... sad that I ate the mussels and bruschetta before I could take a photo but it was so good and delicious and smelled so amazingthat I dove right in without being able to take a photo. But… I was able to take a photo of both our pastas… I had theauthentic Fettuccine and shrimp Pistachios pasta.. when I say it was so authentic, it really was. The shrimps were like I’veNever had before and were massive big… you can tell they were so fresh like if they caught them before I ordered them. Theywere delicious and popped when you bit into them. And the pasta wasn’t very saucy but that’s how it should be, it allows youto taste the delicious authentic homemade pasta that we watched them make fresh… the aromas that came from the pasta andshrimp was mouth watering and I devoured the plate… the lemonade was delicious and fresh and helped cool me down aswell fromthe outside heat. We also ordered a authentic muscles with tomatoe sauce that was so good that my girlfriend devoured it and shedoesn’t really like mussels like that… I’m so impressed with this restaurant that I made a live reservation for 2 weeksfrom now and I’m bringing my family from Tampa here to eat this authentic Italian restaurant..10 stars out of 5… the billwas not bad either. For two of us to eat.. we ordered wine, 4 lemonades, two appetizers, and two entrees and it was only 103bucks…. Not bad.. even with me leaving a 25% tip I feel very happy about this place . Winter Park is a beautiful place. I visit it frequently on photography interest. I discovered Rome's Flavours and made it our... favorite italian restaurant.
