Not once, literally not once has my drink ever been made right. Everytime I go here they make my boyfriends and my drink wrong.... My boyfriend orders a coffee Frappuccino not a vanilla and not a caramel Frappuccino. And it like they can't comprehend notadding the flavors. We specifically ask for no flavors to be added but when we get it it's obviously had something added. We'vegone to other ones and they make it right but here they never do. We used to ask them to remake it but they're always rude andso it's not even worth it. We're sticking to dunkin now. Read more
Eva and Barbie were completely kind to me and made my drink and day absolutely amazing!! I had a trouble day earlier and they... made my day even special! The customer service is top notch here! They even guided me on what to add on to the pumpkin ice latteand even explained their own joy with this drink as well which I though is super wholesome! Even though they where swamped withthe early crowd they were able to pull thru and to be so kind to me and I?ve never met them before! Would be a nice place to sit and draw except for the fact that the staff gossip about every customer that comes in here, whether... making fun of their looks or their behavior. No matter how nice the customer was to them, the staff always had somethingnegative to say about them. Read more
