It was raining very hard. We couldn't hear at the drive thru to place our order. So we pulled up to the window. I tried to... explain to the person at the window that we could not hear. The past three times I've gone through their drive through I have waited 5-10 minutes to order. The last time I was the only... customer at the restaurant and was told to wait to order. When I got my food, they forgot to add bacon, didn't give me sauce ornapkins and forgot my straw.
