I know it?s a crazy idea to actually get what you ask for.. or to get hot food.. or to get some kind of customer service.... Finally done going to this location. Anytime I ask for something as simple as a well done fries and I get them cold and soggy?there is no use in arguing when the whole building is miserable and doesn?t care. It's amazing to see a manager that doesn't take responsibility for mistakes. If for some unfortunate reason you end up here,... hopefully you live nearby so that when you realize your order is wrong you don't have a far drive. I don't know the differencebetween how they run franchise locations versus corporate, but whatever they're doing here isn't working. Read more
Took awhile to get our food inside and the soda machine was questionable every drink was had an aftertaste and or flat. Was told... oh its fine I said try this drink then was told it's okay and then they called someone else. Read more

Pulled up to no line, chose second lane as only car there was ordering at first. Kept getting skipped over while waiting in... second drive thru lane. Had to order at window, then asked to go to one of the waiting spots so they can make more fries. Satthere for 15 minutes before walking in and they didn?t even have my order on the line to make. Meanwhile people are moving alongwho ordered after me, eating fries as they drive past. Go to Red Bug, this location sucks. 25 minutes total for drive thruorder. Read more
