As always, the staff is friendly and attentive even on a busy Friday. Only 4 stars though, because our calamari appetizer had... the texture of something under a heat lamp, instead of fresh, which has never been a problem prior, but still..was a bit staletasting. The remainder of our meal was outstanding as usual, so will just call the appetizer issue a fluke. Read more
Stopped by winter's for a job we had down there. We're recommended buckhorn after a hard day's work. Must say, was not... disappointed in any way. I ordered a boneless ribeye with some garlic fry's and that was the best steak ???? I've had it n thelongest time. 10/10 would highly recommend. Read more
Buckhorn is a great gem in Winters. Our experience (spring ‘22) has been that reservations are helpful but not really needed... for a couple. The steaks are fantastic of course, but there are also some great appetizers, cocktails, and wine. We’ve hadthe filet, the bone-in ribeye (my favorite), and the prime rib and have no complaints! The calamari and BREAD (serving size ismassive) are also our go-to’s! Casual vibe and reasonably priced. Would recommend! Read more
We came here last night to finish planning for a dinner we are hosting the the following night. They have been extremely helpful... during the planning (50 people) and seating. Last night we had a few ‘apps’ and some cocktails and they were very good. Ihad not been in this establishment for almost 30 years and it has been extensively remodeled and it is fantastic! Went in last night with the hubby to celebrate our Anniversary and we were not disappointed! Bianca was an attentive server... with excellent customer service! We never felt rushed and she answered any questions we had regarding the menu and specials. Make sure you come with a good appetite because portions are big!
