My experience here is one that I don't ever want to experience again. On this day that we went everybody was ordering the same... thing, the number 10. I ordered the #10 no sausage and I ordered another cluster of crab, me and my mom ordered the exact samething. I was so disappointed, the waitress brought our food out to us then took it back, we were both confused there was sausagein my bag then I only had 1 leg of crab. Long wait for our food. Ordered at 12:55 pm they brought the food 1:35pm . This is terrible to me. When I got up to ask the host... what was the hold up she was rude, saying she?s the only one working and somebody else just came in, told me somebody will bewith me. Later I saw the lady struggling to get orders out. So I left her a tip and we left. The food was pretty good. We onlygot a fork. And we never got crab crackers to crack our crab legs either. Had a date night at Juicy crab for the second time. They did not disappoint from start to finish. The host DJ, waitress Brenda,... and manger Justin they were awesome. It was about an hour or so till closing and my experience was as If they had just openedthis coming from a food service manager I understand how things can get at the end of the evening.
