I placed an order on May 20th for delivery May 28th, not only did they not communicate to me that it wasn?t getting delivered... the 28th, they then delivered it the 29th when the recipient wasn?t even there. Kudos to Paul & the team at EA Woburn. When I called to check in on my order status the day of delivery I held for a bit longer... than one would prefer and Paul apologized profusely for the delay. He assured me my order was on schedule and gave me anestimated delivery window, which they nailed. The driver followed the delivery instructions to a T and my friend was super happywith her yummy birthday berries & balloon! Ordered from this location for a surprise business delivery, and at 4:55 got a call from the delivery driver saying that he... can?t find the place (policy For business is 5pm latest) with a very frustrated attitude even though it was the exact address hehad. After a few rude phone calls, around 5:15 we get a call from the driver again saying he called the recipient and theyexplained how to get there (same directions I gave him) and then get a call from the recipient (who was luckily still there atthe time) saying that they received it, that the driver also seemed frustrated there and also that they forgot the main item(the big arrangement) as well as the balloon, and that the recipient should contact edible arrangements directly at this pointbecause he is off tomorrow, but he will ?leave a note? this is insane for the hundreds of dollars you spend on this service, youwould expect it to be half decent. Update: Paul the manager was extremely rude as well, they are harassing the recipient withcalls asking what they ordered because they forgot half the order, and the recipient is telling me the driver was high onsomething, stay far away from this location. Dealing with corporate now because customer service is non existent from thislocation. Update 2: refusing to acknowledge any sort of issue, refusing to deliver the item, and won?t refund until the ownerof the store approves, forced to file a chargeback with my credit card company.
