Fettuccine carbonara- used precooked greasy bacon instead of prosciutto. I Tried to pick it out but it just tasted like bacon... grease pasta. Maggie and I took a night for ourselves and tried a new place and it didn?t disappoint! My linguine with white clam sauce was a... mix of fresh clams in the shell with an abundance of chopped clams in a delicious garlicky sauce! The rolls that preceded themeal were hot and tasty. And the Caesar Salad with large lengthy slivers of Parmesan cheese on top was delicious. Maggie lovedher dish as well and gave two thumbs up for the dirty martini she was served. A meal is never complete (for me) without coffeeand dessert and the hot black coffee that accompanied my very tasty carrot cake was just the right touch!
