I had called about an issue with my salad that I had just picked up from the store. I have a sensory issue and I could not eat... the cheese that they had put on to the salad. I had called and the girl at first was nice but the second I had asked if it couldbe complementary since They put the wrong cheese on the salad. When I asked to be put on with the manager, she had hung up thephone. When I called back and asked again she said he was busy I asked if she could ask again and she put me on hold and hold was holding the phone in her hand while she?s complaining about me on the phone to her manager, he asked me to leave a numberand call back. I will not be going back given the disrespect for their customers, as well as the blonde bar tender taste testingalmost ever drink she makes. Read more
