Walked in to get coffee. 4 people working. No one said hello, be right with you.....nothing. They were busy taking care of ALL... of the drive through customers.... When the guy finally made the coffee, after he served his friend/regular who was behindme.... there was coffee spilled over the side...he had to wipe the cup several times. I requested another cup. Seriously. I'mbelieve in good service. Goods and services aren't cheap Sadly a lot of business owners acquire/purchase businesses they aren'tfamiliar with and have absolutely NO people skills. Most don't even try. If you're new to this type of business, take time tolearn the flow and culture your customers and the neighborhood, NOT just your kindred. EVERYONE that visits your establishmentcontributes to the success, growth and if you're lucky the longevity of its existence. Treat it AND the customers accordingly. It definitely matters. Read more
I order exclusively with the app. I've never had trouble with them being out of something or unable to process my mobile order.... The window workers are always friendly but I often have to tell them that I'm the mobile order. Still, once that's cleared up,they usually have my correct order to me quickly. Their drive thru microphone/speaker and accents often makes it hard tounderstand them. It's a perfectly fine Dunkin' just anticipate mild communication hiccups! Read more
Guess you should believe the bad reviews people write... My coffee smelled like enchiladas and the chocolate croissant they... sold me was so stale that they had to heat it up- I took a bite and could not believe they sold that to me. I ordered 3 Matcha Lattes on the app. They weren?t ready when I got there. The employee was taking care of another customer,... and when he got to me, he told me that his machine needed another 10 minutes to clean. I didn?t have ten minutes, so I told himto refund me my money. He told me I need to do it myself on the app, which is impossible to do. I literally kept going backand forth with him, and he refused to refund me and told me I just need to wait. I was already going to be late for a meeting,and kept telling him that I needed my money back. He wouldn?t give me the manager?s info? finally, he told me he would call themanager, and it took another 10 minutes to get my money back.
