We were on vacation and found this place on Google Maps. I am so glad we stopped in. The place was a typical diner style... restaurant. However, it was neat and clean. The bathroom was and felt clean. The sandwich that my wife had was overstuffedand she actually had 3 meals from it. My stuffed cabbage roll dinner was very good. Our waitress was very helpful and fairlyattentive for being short staffed. We bought some of their homemade pastries on a recommendation from one of their regulars andtook them home. Wow! They were really good! I would recommend this place and I would like to stop in again if we ever get pasthere again. Read more

Visited Katz's Deli today in the late afternoon for a takeout order. I arrived at approximately 3:30 p.m. There was hardly... anyone in the restaurant and at least three staff members hanging around. I approached the counter and ordered a simplesandwich. Roast turkey on a hard roll with lettuce, onions and mustard. I paid for my order and about 5 minutes later thesandwich was sent up to the front bagged. (Very quick service). I took the bag, thanked the staff and went on my way. When Iarrived at my destination about 25 minutes later, I immediately noted that the sandwich was slathered in mayonnaise, notmustard. I called the deli but all they would do to rectify the situation was to replace the sandwich, but of course I wouldhave to drive all the way back. Not much of a consolation seeing that I was at a sporting event and not headed back that way atall. In the end, I attempted to remove as much of the mayonnaise as possible, but there was so much that the lettuce, onionsand top bun of the hard roll had to be removed. It ended up being turkey on a bottom bun. It wasn't palatable and ended up inthe garbage. Honestly, not worth the hype, not worth the price, definitely not worth another trip. Would not recommend Katz'sdeli and will not be back. Read more

The food was good. The staff were very professional. Other than the 45 minuit wait for the food which they compensated us for.... I will go back again. Read more
