Don?t believe the pictures (which looked great and led me to order here) They are VERY light on the deli meat; especially for... the cost of the sub. Not with half the price IMO. There?s more bread than anything on this sandwich. Read more
Subs were warm different people working there. Usually a great go to place. Hope this isn?t a new normal.
Subs are great but *certain* employees there have a super nasty attitude for no reason acting like they?re so busy there when... it?s a ghost town. Good customer service goes a long way, even though their food is good I probably won?t be ordering again. Read more

Horrible experience the last two times I ordered (I don?t go here much) and staff is incredibly rude now, except the one kid who... is black is super nice. ( sorry don?t know how else to describe him) . The owner used to always be there when I went and he wassuper nice and pleasant. The last 2 young white males who were working there were not only rude AF but my sandwiches were messedup. Perhaps they should repeat the order back for accuracy and to ensure there is no miscommunication. They rush you off thephone to give you the wrong item and then are rude on every level and then the sandwich is overpriced and skimpier thanquickchek which is right across the street. They need to step up their game or I suspect they won?t last much longer with themany other restaurants coming to downtown Woodbridge. I wish I could love it here but that?s not the case. Making a sub/sandwichisn?t anything hard to do especially when the place is dead so I don?t know how the attitude is warranted. I asked for a refundand the guy clearly didn?t care about the customers experience. I?d give zero stars if I could. Training is needed for sure andportions need to be larger. Wawa does a better job but sandwich station would be preferred but they close at 5:30pm. I ended upordering from Pino?s instead. Read more
