I?ve been coming here for years and it?s just getting worse. This morning I placed a mobile order and arrived early to pick it... up, or wait. Upon arrival the order is already picked up. The counter workers suggested I reorder, but waiting will make me latefor work. I told them this, and walked away, but another associate from behind the counter yells out ?You don?t have to talk toTHEM?. I?m a Korean man, simply trying to get my lunch. And I was greeted with anger at 7:15am for a mistake I didn?t make. Idid everything right, but the store did not verify the pickup person for my order so I am left without my lunch.
