Been to this location many times. But don?t think I will go back. I asked for the crunchy chicken wrap Buffalo style and I asked... for a gluten free wrap instead of regular wrap as I am allergic to gluten. They said to me ?pick a different protein you can?tget it with the crunchy chicken?. When I asked why they had no answer for me and were blank faced. I don?t understand why theywouldn?t be able to accommodate gluten friendly customers with whatever protein or type of meal you get involving a wrap. Whyoffer the choice of gluten free and say you care about customers food intolerance when you don?t. Terrible service. Read more
I had to explain the concept of food safety to the employee when he placed the tortilla wrap on top of the plastic tortilla... bags. After I asked him not to use that one, he put it back in the bag. He assumed I wanted all the toppings. I had to stop himand tell him what I wanted. I asked for extra cheese and offers to pay for it, he said ?no because there?s no button on thesystem to charge for extra cheese.? Ordered 2 different burritos, he labeled one. Portions are a bit smaller than they serve and they were already wrapping up the place a whole hour early, which ended up... lacking in ingredients. I don?t understand how you can wrap up a whole hour before closing time. That?s why I gave it a3. Other than that this location is cleaner & nicer than some locations. Just don?t start packing things up when you still havea whole hour left. Read more
