The place wasn't crowded or busy Saturday dinner time. Appetizers and food came timely. We did have to remind servers about... some items, or request drink refills. It was odd our server was running around like the place was packed, and I couldn't figurewhy. My wife and kids were satisfied, so I'm good. Read more
New review from October 2022: We decided to give this location another shot. We had a great server and he's honestly the only... reason that this is a 2-star review instead of 1. He had way more tables than was doable for one person (speaking as a formerserver) and yet he remained friendly and patient and he did his best to be prompt. Nobody else in the store helped him. Thehostesses were not busy and could have, but he was left to just deal. The food was a joke. There were 4 people in our group andnot one dish was correct. Burgers were overcooked, there were missing elements, and hot food came cold. The worst part was theboneless wings. They gave us these tiny, overcooked, old wings that were about the size of my pinky finger (pictured next to asmall ramekin of ranch for comparison). I'd never seen anything like it! The server (who did not bring them to us) was clearlyembarrassed. He made it right by having them remade fresh and he brought more than we ordered, which he comp'ed on thebill. All in all, it took a long time to get what we ordered and for it to be worth eating. I don't recommend thisApplebee's. Our waitress was definitely on crack. She completely forgot about taking our order, after we asked for a little more time. Kept... mumbling, didn?t seem sober at all. Also, our food came raw. After an hour and a half of waiting, we left hungry. Ended up goingto Noodles and Comp. Never again Read more
The food for me was okay. But unfortunately it took forever to get our drinks, our order taken and they ran out of 4 sides. I... asked for a med/rare steak and got medium (I was fine with that). We were the only other people in the place and you would have thought they were slammed. Spinach and artichoke dip wasn't even... hot. My food was super salty. Waitress was really nice and the hostess that sat us was super friendly. This review does notreflect on them. Read more
