The service is absolutely terrible. One of the employees is incompetent and has no idea what he?s doing. It leads to twenty... minute waits in a practically empty restaurant for two ice cream cones. You?ll order something and he?ll stare at you and say?idk how to do that, I?m gonna wait for someone else.? I swear he ain?t the dumbest person in the world but he better hope thatguy doesn?t die. If I could give zero stars I would. This was so disappointing and it's not rocket science... it's ice cream. The location was... filthy...so much I didn't even want to lean against a table while I waited. Everything was visibly dirty and sticky throughoutthe dining area and counter. The service was extremely slow. And to top it off, the peanut buster parfait we ordered did nothave hot fudge...it was chocolate sauce. This could have been overlooked, but the entire container was filled with it (there wasno vanilla ice cream visble anywhere). So I basically had a container of chocolate sauce. It was just awful.
