Additional Information
We had a large family gathering for a birthday party and there were three other large family groups celebrating birthdays at the... same time. We sang Happy Birthday to my FIL and then ended up joining in and singing Happy Birthday for the three other groups. The pizza was delicious, it was a relaxed family atmosphere (there was no pressure to hurry out), and I'm grateful for thatfamily time. It will be a memory I will keep forever! The pizza is great and usually the service is also. However, tonight I waited almost 2 hours for a single pizza. Was told 4... times that it would be 15-20 minutes, after just shy of 2 I was told that it was finally just being put in the oven. At 2 hoursafter ordering, I finally got my order. No compensation for the delay, minimal apologies from the staff. I have been here manytimes before when it was busier and not had to wait nearly as long, and have always been offered at least a drink during thewait, if not a discount on the purchase. Read more
Place was not Abby's pizza. Pretty sure I was catapulted into some time warp. Spent 135.00 on pizza, sandwiches, jos, and wings.... Couldn't even order the Italian sandwich because the man running the cash register said "I don?t have that button on theregister so you can't order it." Food all came out at different times, they forgot food and, when asked about it they told usto show the receipt. The salad we ordered we had to ask for it 3 times. Quality of all food was sub par. See the sandwich, nomeat on half and looks like it was tossed in the box by a third string quarterback. Staff were rude and not even an ounce offriendly. I could've got by and understood overworked staff although I counted as many staff as customers and the staff was ontheir phones one behind the counter and one in the kitchen. Legendary is in the title so I expect phenomenal pizza. That's not what I got and honestly any of the "fast food" pizzas would... of been better. A small cheese pizza and I paid over $12 for it. Pizza was just about burnt and very little sauce. Not worth themoney or 24 min drive it took me to go there Read more
