Absolutely horrible. Only had two types of bread and cheese, no sauce for the roasted garlic sandwich, and the guy who made my... sandwich literally just threw it together and didn't seem to know what he was doing. I ordered through the drive through first, and if they are "to busy" the crew doesn't even address the customers waiting in the... drive through. I went in to order, and It took 30-45 mins to make 3 sandwiches, and they got my bread wrong, but that was theleast of my problems. It took the employees 4 attempts to ring me out, and give me the correct change. We also tried to callwhile waiting in the drive through, and it went straight to voice mail. Read more
We attempted to use the kiosk to order in the drive thru. The touch screen was not working properly so we called to verify if... our order went through. They answered and said yes, they are making it and hung up without confirmation of our order. Whensomeone FINALLY came to the window, they had an order that was not ours. As soon as I stepped up to order, noticed a sign that stated they were out of a number of items. The food prep area needed some... attention. There was ice in the food area and many items missing. I should have walked out at that moment but I was starving????. When employee was done taking care of us, she started having conversation with other employee about boyfriend. They shouldhave used their time to clean the store instead of talking. Only 2 other customers in store so they had plenty of time to cleanlike the booth my sister and I were sitting at.
