Best meal I had in a long time. The wait staff was wonderful. Steak was perfect. Calamari was delicious. Only issue I had was I... made a online reservation and I guess reservations go to Danbury instead of woodbury so I recommend calling for a reservation soyou don't have to wait as long. For my birthday dinner, my fiancé wanted to treat me to a steakhouse. The closest one to New Milford was Mix Prime. It’s... conveniently located on Main Street South in Woodbury. Huge parking lot with plenty of parking. Beautifully designed entryway.The layout and the decor is very appealing. I loved the hardwood floors. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. Thehostess was nice enough to take a picture of my fiancé and I before we left. Our waiter answer any and all questions we hadabout the menu. I love the fact that this is not only steakhouse, but you can get sushi also. Lots of great appetizers anddesserts on the menu. For appetizer we got fried calamari. Fried perfectly, didn’t taste rubbery like some places make it. Thesteak is cooked perfectly. Medium rare like steak should be. Had a side of garlic mashed potatoes. A nice complement to thesteak. We got a few regular sushi rolls and a few special rolls. For a steak house they were good, but you could tell it was nota sushi chef doing them. Wasn’t as good as an actual sushi restaurant. For dessert, we got a chocolate lava cake and icecream. The ice cream was good, I wasn’t a huge fan of the cake. It was more of a chocolate cake with fudge inside. The cakewas very dry.
