Staff are super nice, service is fast, and there is a lot of seating in the store. Brueggers is connected, and those bagels are... amazing, so what I usually do is grab a bagel and coffee and eat it in Caribou. This is the perfect study spot and I can?t askfor more! Read more
Nice and quiet place to enjoy coffee while working, writing, reading, or doing anything really. Staff is super nice and they... have trivia questions everyday. The coffee is great and the bakery items are too. Best chain in the state. Read more
This was the second time this week, at a different Caribou, where we realized that Caribou (knowingly and intentionally)... overcharges for one shot of chocolate (which is my husband's preference). We were told that they would charge us for two shotsof chocolate, even though my husband insisted he only wanted one small shot of chocolate. The employee claimed that there wasonly button for two shots, but not one for one shot, so we must pay for more than we are getting. This is highly unprofessionaland frankly highly unethical. Do better Caribou! We have been loyal customers for years, but this is enough for us to find anew coffee shop, where we are not overcharged. Read more
