Placed my order at 8:30 am for delivery at 11:15 am, it's now 1:30 pm and still haven't received it. When I called just now they... told me the order is in the car for delivery... the same thing they told me at 11:36 am when I first called. When I tell himthis the guy says "don't know what else to tell you". So my order has been "out for delivery" 2 hours now? I'm a patient personand I understand it's hard to find employees these days but this is unacceptable. My lunch time ended at 12pm, even if my foodarrived right now, I can no longer eat it... and it would be a soggy mess. Stop advertising delivery if you can't handle it. Read more
Don't EVER order food from this place! My family ordered dinner last Friday. After an hour wait we finally called to see where... our food was. They told us the driver had it and was on the way... 20 minutes later we called back and was told that our orderwas never made because the bread was burnt, and than we were told the driver messed it up. When I asked to be refunded my 60dollars they said I would have to come in Monday afternoon. I went in Monday afternoon to be lied to AGAIN and was told I had totalk to the area manager Aaron to get a refund. After talking to Aaron (and him treating me like I was the problem) he said Iwould be refunded in 3-5 days... Still no refund, no apologies, and being talked down to in a condescending tone.
