Our favorite place to get tea! Fantastic selection of tea options, milk/alternative milks, and pearls & jellies. Baristas are... friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to make recommendations, and the drinks are always fabulous. It's also nice to be able to gettea-based drinks that aren't sweet - there are a few other tea bars in the area where even the "no-sweetener-added" has sugar init, so it's nice to be able to get unsweetened options. Service and quality have gone down hill recently. Boba pearls have been hard the last 2 times I went there (within a week). I... placed an order via BYME and 10 minutes later, it hadn?t been accepted yet. I walked in and told the worker my order wasn?taccepted yet. All she said was ?nope our internet is down so we aren?t accepting online orders?. No apology whatsoever. I?vebeen a loyal customer to Sencha since the location on Grand was called ?Tea Garden?. Normally we love sencha but last night we got our teas and they were too sugary to drink. I?ve ordered my combination before... for years actually and never has it been so sweet I couldn?t finish it. My husband tried a tea that even with jellies shouldn?tbe undrinkable sweet. We will come back again but next Time we will make sure it isn?t sweetened so much.
