This McDonald's DOES NOT GIVE FREE BEVERAGES REFILLS. I have never been to a McDonald's that doesn't offer free refills. ... Nothing posted, and same price as if you get refills. Called corporate and they said it's up to the franchise owner. Read more
I don't recommend THIS location. Straight trash, didn't even take this past the drive thru trash can. Couldn't even get a straw... for the drink. Lo$t cause to even want an explanation from the circus inside. Read more
Avoid this location. To many bad experiences but the other night ended it for us. Rude employees who yell and curse at my wife... that she's lucky they are taking her order taking her order @10:30 pm and they don't close until 11pm. Then can't order anyfresh food only the limited items they already have made. No receipt "there machine has been broken for months now". Girl indrive thru window running her mouth to my wife who is trying to ignore her. At next window she comes from back and otheremployees whom none were in uniform one even had blue jeans on were holding here from climbing thru the window to try and fightmy wife. At this point my wife lost her cool asked for the manager who did nothing to the employee who was still yapping away.Then the manager said that he was just giving us a refund and we asked why and he said to get rid of us. He also said that mywife can't be cursing at a minor which she quickly responded with "minors can't work passed 10pm by law and it's almost quarterto 11 by now". No fast food place operates like this. Never in my life have I seen such disregard for customers and not a carein the world for cleanliness or the food. It's literally a delinquent hangout that they get paid for. If I go to any otherMcDonald's @10:30 pm I would get hot fresh food but the one close to home. Past orders have been incorrect or two buns with noburger. This place has gone downhill far below standards for any chain either the managers or the owners or both don't care.Corporate needs to step in it's that bad. Up the road a mile or two more is another McDonald's go there instead. Read more
Food was not hot, it was barely warm. The cheese was half on the burger and the burger was half way off the roll. The lids leak... on their drinks!!!!!) Fries were hot but there was absolutely no salt on them. This was drive thru, but I pulled into a spot tostart eating. This is also the same place that serves me a quarter pounder that was still raw and did nothing to resolve thisissue. Read more
