I ordered delivery using the Jack in the Box app, (which I do all the time with no problems) and shortly after received a text... telling me the order was canceled and that I should contact the store for more information. Which I did. I spoke to twodifferent women who were both rude and insisted they do not deliver. But of course I have had deliver on multiple occasions fromthat store in the past. These two women were rude and refused to refund my money. I used to use them all the time. I will nolonger use the store at 1200 E. Main St. Woodland. Both of the women (who refused to give me their names and gave me a fake nameand a fake number to the corporate office) should be fired. There are plenty of people out there looking for work These twowomen should not be in jobs where they deal with the public. I realize this is just a fast food restaurant but they should stillbe trained in how to handle customers better. Especially when the customer requests a refund, they should give it to them. Read more
