I've been going to this kfc location since I was a little kid. The food is always on point and they have great deals.
Imagine over paying for popcorn chicken in the first place and then they literally just cut up chicken strips (not hot) in view... where I can see and throw them in a box. This KFC is under new management/owners and that's not a good thing. Since the new people have taken over, prices have... increased a few times, but service and quality have diminished. Also, the arbitrary canceling of items, that other KFC'scontinue to offer, including Apple Turnovers and the one low calorie, nutritious side that was offered, Green Beans. With theprevious management/owners, there was always someone at the front counter ready to take an order, but with the new people, moreoften than not, you must ask loudly for someone to please come up front. Sometimes you're heard, sometimes not. They claim tohave "simplified" the menu. Not for the convenience of customers, but more than likely, for the incompetent staff that couldn'tunderstand the normal KFC menu. The previous management/owners would also honor the periodic KFC lower price promotionswhenever offered, but not these people. It's sad that this KFC is being run so poorly and continue to overcook the Chicken. Read more
