I've had multiple experiences where the employees and management have been unnecessarily rude. Our most recent experience was... insane and left my three children in tears. We ordered online to make the process easier for my kids, but our food never seemedto be ready. We asked 3 times over the course of 45 minutes and was told just 5 more minutes everything. We finally gave up andasked for a refund as we were leaving to get our kids out of that place. They finally gave us our food after that point.
