Very cozy and cute place to grab a bite after shopping! It's right between the village at Topanga, and Costco, so you can really... get any type of shopping done!! like to hit the village, get some clothes and just browse around, then grab a bite, and lastlystop by Costco to get food and groceries on my way home! On Wednesday 6/22 I ordered the chicken noodle soup in bread bowl through DoorDash. The cafe forgot to include the bread, so I... called them and when discussed with the manager, I was promised a refund and agreed I can reorder. I asked the manager toinclude a receipt of the refund with the new order. Long story short, DoorDash brought my second order which was complete,except for the receipt I asked for. I called the cafe for a second time and spoke to a different manager. She took myinformation and promised me a call that same day. Never heard back from anyone, neither received a refund. For a last time Itried contacting Panera Bread through it?s app, but a week passed and no one got back to me. Not lost whole a lot of money but Ifeel so much of my time wasted and prefer not to order from Panera ever again. Read more
