So I came in today at 8 pm I?m not sure what her name was bc she didn?t have a name tag however I will get to the bottom of it.... (To help narrow her down she was darker skin toned looked asian) I ordered a sugar cookie latte with cold foam I took one sipand it was way too much cold foam and the drink was nearly white from the amount of cream. I simply asked for a different drinkwhich they remade when I came to the window and I was swapping mine. She said ? that?s not the same drink?? ? I replied ? I knowI mentioned at the speaker I wanted something else ? She replied ? oh so you just wanted a free drink? ? So I showed her whatwas the issue as she was holding the cup. She mentioned again ?so you just wanted a new free drink? Cause it wasn?t made wrongyou said it was made wrong? So I replied no? I paid for mine I asked for a new one and I asked what?s her problem? She repliedyou wanted a free drink, and she tried to give me back the old one but she already was holding it. And said ? here?s back yoursyou can keep it cause we?re not gonna drink it ? So I replied ? but you can throw it? It was already in her hands.. she replied? im not your garbage ? To which I replied ? I?ve never said you was your being rude for no reason when I asked for anotherdrink! ? we went back and forth she asked me not to point my fingers as I was pointing at the speaker talking with my hands.This is my local Starbucks I live on Woodridge. I?ve been coming here for one year and a half. I?m here literally every day andI?ve never had somebody do what she did to me.. Never again!! The rudest person. Consistently high customer service experience, genuine connection from baristas and management, drive-thri efficiency, order... accuracy! This store cares about it's customers and it's image. Clean store and drive-thru, baristas work hard to get your ordercorrect, and they remember you. Great third place experience. Read more

Today I went through drive through, I ordered 7 drinks. It was busy at drive through, the first 2 drinks I ordered was 2 mocha... cookie crumbles and the lady on the speaker asked if I wanted coffee in those which I replied yes. I finished the rest of theorder and got to the window to pay at 3:58pm. Then I thought about the order so I ask the lady at the window if she had 2 cookiecrumbles. She then just got very rude with me and said. NO I DIDN'T YOU TOLD ME EVERYTHING WAS CORRECT ON THE SCREEN, I ONLY GOTYOU DOWN FOR SIX DRINKS. YOU SAID IT WAS CORRECT. As I have my daughter and her friend in the car that's now getting nervousasking why is she responding that way. I replied back to the lady, saying it's just a drink it's really not that serious. I'mjust asking a question. I have no problem going in or coming back around. Then I think she realized how she was speaking to meand change her tone to a more pleasant tone and said, oh I will add another drink. She didn't charge me for it but that was myfirst time receiving awful customer service from this location. They normally have the BEST customer service I ever experience. Read more
