I've ordered from this location a number of times and never had a problem but tonight was different. My daughter ordered a... hamburger it was not cooked all the way. I ordered chicken fajitas there was hair in my food and the food was cold. I understandit was late but still you guys have to do better. Very disappointed in my order tonight. Read more

Waited 20 mins for a table. Finally get to our seat and no one ever showed up to help us. No drink orders, no nice to meet you... nothing. Just a server the next table over with pink hair and glasses and bad attitude. After waiting for 30 mins we just got upand left. No one said, hey sorry about the wait nothing. You can always count on Chili's for a good meal, I've always been impressed with their ability and desire to change with the... current trends. There are often new menu items when we visit along with classic long standing items. Yesterday was the firsttime we sat at the bar, our bartender was friendly, attentive and did a good job.
