This McDonald?s is always somehow incompetent. Line is normally always long in the drivethru. This time I was asked to move up... to wait on my order longer and ended up receiving the wrong order which is annoying since I go through the drive through forconvenience considering I work a 9-5 job and need something quick for me and my colleagues. This McDonald?s is so slow. The two stars is cuz the basic employees have no control over the absolute nightmare manager. Not... sure if he?s a GM, because he works afternoon/evening time. He wears a veterans hat. Genuinely tears this place down with hisattitude. And I?m sure his employees don?t appreciate him walking around the absolute empty lobby doing nothing. Literally messytables and trash everywhere. And this man will walk passed and go sit outside and leave his employees to deal with disgruntledcustomers instead of working to make the teams job less difficult. Having been a McDonald?s manager, I can?t believe this isallowed to continue on. It?s not hard to be present during your shift man. Hope you see this, and maybe change your attitude.That?s all it takes to uplift your team for better shifts and better nights. Read more

Mainly if you are getting anything around 4-8 pm they are going to be pretty busy, but in the morning around 6-8 am they are... most likely not going to have much happening so it is good for a quick chicken biscuit or small drink to get you ready for theday ahead of you.
