If I could leave 0 stars I would. The employees are always SO rude. They are dismissive and annoyed that you are there and that... they have to make your food. I?m always nice at restaurants because I?m scared someone is going to mess with my food(like we allare) but every time they barely even make eye contact even when taking your card for payment or handing you the food. Also thefood is never consistent and the last three times has been very disappointing. Take my advice and take the next right forzaxbys, I wish I would have. Read more
This location is nothing but disappointing. After getting our food and getting home(1.2 miles), our food is cold, nacho cheese... sauce for the fries has been forgotten, sour cream added to tacos left off. We returned to the store to get things fixed themanager acted annoyed and was quite rude. We get our replacement food get home to find there is less than a half inch of cheesein the cups, like the manager is scooping cheese out of his personal cheese pocket. If a customer has to return to the store youwould think it would be important to the manager to at least get it right the second time. Read more
First time at this location and despite it is about 1 mile away from my house, I would never be back....poor customer service,... 10 mns to get an order in (and it was definitively not busy, cashier asking me several times what is on my order when I justplaced it on their kiosk, forget to give me the french fries and then forgot to also include the sauces....Also, their sign bythe road is not lite-up at night. I am shocked to see that Taco Bell Corporate let this happening for years and not intervene.3.2 star reviews out of 700 individuals should be caused for concerns when they are so many better options with 1/2 mile. This Taco Bell has horrible customer service. Bad attitudes and very lazy staff. I waited in the lobby more than 5 minutes with... all the employees back turned to me ignoring me. Then when one finally came over he not only didn't know anything about themenu. But when I asked him to place an order he said I can't use the kiosk instead. If I wanted to use the kiosk I would havedone it more than 5 minutes ago when you had your back turned to me. You slap lazy employee. Read more

They should really close this Taco Bell down!! Not only are they Rude but nasty! I pulled up to the drive thru and the man at... the window kept yelling go back to the intercom, then he shut the window in my face. I drove around and went inside, him andanother guy is stuffing their faces eating over the food that they serve to customers!
