I would love to know why- WHY this franchise doesn't let the team receive cash tips. It used to pooled together and split among... team members just like cc tips. I wish I could leave 5 stars and leave it at that, BUT WHEN I TRY TO TIP THEM, to show them thatI appreciate them, they HAVE to refuse it. I HATE to leave a one star review. This is a new location with so much opportunity to very profitable and I feel like the lack... of management will soon have this location shut down. I'd love to stop here at least 3x a week but they shut off app orderingbecause they are under staffed. No worries I'll go through drive thru and never get rewards... I drive up, systems are alwaysdown, I need to order on the app but they are short ingredients. They NEVER have the oven on so don't even dream about orderinganything other than a smoothie before noon if they even have the ingredients. We have been told on several occasions they turnoff app ordering because they are under staffed and can't handle the orders.....yet there's no one in line at 8am and they stillhave system issues and no ingredients. First few times we went were good, lately things are missing. This time was the most forgotten in one order. Order 2 Thai... chicken salads. Dressings were half full with no lids. And there was no chicken. Ordered 2 smoothies with splenda and theydidn't add it so the smoothies were bland. That's lot to forget on a 4 item ticket that's over $26. Read more
Not gonna lie, they can?t listen to simple instructions?. As simple as asking for light sauce on a sandwich or giving you a free... iced water when you ask for it. They forget or don?t care to get things right on orders so if you have a food allergy, be safecause I really don?t trust that they wouldn?t put it in your meal even if asked not to. But it?s good when they actually do getit right! Also stupid that they don?t open til 9am now but what can ya do I guess. Also wanted to add? This morning I ordered their Avocado Grilled Cheese. I came back because they forgot the avocado. When I told an older lady with... freckles this, she said she did put it on there. I opened up the sandwich for her and showed her that it in fact was not. Shesomehow maintained that it was. I asked ?Is the avocado paste supposed to be brown? Because I don?t see any green.? She repliedno of course and said if she remade it that it would be the same. I asked her if this time she could put the avocado onthere. She came back with the new sandwich and said ?there you go -same thing.? I wasn?t going to waste my time or energy. Iknew it would be a replica accident, but this time it was intentional. I was right. Here is a picture of my sandwich. Is thiswhat avacado is supposed to look like? Are there avocado rations? I suppose there is some avocado on the top right corner.
