Slooooooooooow Starbucks. I don't understand why the Onroute Starbucks are consistently slow, always have long lines... Are they... poorly setup from a behind the counter viewpoint? Or maybe it's because they're "fake" Starbucks? Don't believe me? Try toredeem some stars... Read more
This is the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to and it's consistently this slow every time I've passed through here. The line... barely moves and there is always a line there. With a pretty high stable demand, they need to staff accordingly. I came on aSunday during a long weekend and there were only 2 staff working. They didn't take a single new order for more than 10 minutesbecause they were so busy trying to actually make the pending orders they already had another line waiting for. Another thing,this Starbucks does not allow you to order ahead or use your rewards or anything. That means you can't even try to be efficientin advance while you're on the highway and you're stuck waiting in the horrendous line. If you can save yourself the trip andhead to a different location before you hit the road, do it. Or be prepared to have a minimum half hour stopover at the OnRoute. Read more
I showed her my qr code to collect the points (which was a special points today, more then the regular 1 point/$1) she didn't... scan so I thought I needed to pay first. Went ahead to pay then showed her my code and she still didn't scan. If the scannerwas broken or I missed the reasoning I would have appreciated an explanation. Normally I pay by a preloaded points card feelingrejected today ???? but have a delicious cold brew ???? so I'll get over missing my freebie today. Read more
