I had a horrible experience with this location over the holidays last year but decided to give it another go bc I was craving... it. I specifically placed an order before dinner rush so there'd be no excuses...buuuut: 1) whats the point of VIP curbsidepickup when I still had to go inside to get my order because they took 30mins more than the time they said my order was ready 2)my kids' pizzas were burnt 3) one of my double leg meal was missing the chalet sauce 4) two out of four of my coleslaw weregoing BAD! This location is an embarassment to the whole swiss chalet image. never again here in woodstock. Read more
Absolutely terrible! Everything that I ordered was not available, From my drink to my meal, The waitress came back twice ask... what I would like to substitute. We were party of 4 and it took forever to be served. The table of 6 came after ours and wasgetting served before ours. The food was sub par to say the least, All the food was cold. When paying the bill I ask the serverwhat the issue was and the blame was on short kitchen staff. Asked if there was a manager and the reply was to busy ? The serverdid give a discount of the bill but we Will never go back to the establishment again. Read more
10/10 do NOT recommend, every time I go here worst experience keep thinking it?s going to get better but the service is trash.... If you enjoy having your order messed up or missing food that you paid for this is the spot for you!! And when you tell thestaff about your meal they offer you in store credit!! Excellent service. Cleanest Chalet I have been in for a long time. Your Nashville sauce was perfect heat. Nice add on to your... already great tasting dipping sauce. Really surprised. Yet very appreciative of the new add to the menu. I will definitely goingback for the Nashville again. Read more

Went to dinner with friends to the Woodstock location, first thing that shouldn't have happened was that I was over charged by... $15.00. I realized that I was overcharged when I was overlooking my bill in the car on my way home. I called the restaurant andexplained to the very nice soft spoken manager what had happen. I was told that the waitress was new and had billed me twicefor an item. He offered me a credit or my money back , I chose the credit since I was not from the area I didn't want to driveall the way there just to get my money back. Decided to try again! We had dinner on Saturday met up with our friends andordered the Thanksgiving special. I asked the waitress to please make my chicken very well done. When she Brang the food mychicken was white, looked cooked not roasted. She did take it away and returned one that was better. The meal was verydelicious. That's when the nightmare started (again). The waitress split my credit with my friend. Half of my credit was onmy friends bill!!!! It was very confusing, ruined our whole dinner what a terrible experience we had. We will never returnthere ever again. The waitress explained that that's the way the computers work. Again the manager said that she was new.
