Just went to UB and was really excited to have a double bacon cheeseburger combo. A Seriously right price for quality meal I... gotta say! However customer service is a major part of the experience. We were the only people in there at the time and theserver looked less than impressed to take our order after we happily wanted for her to even come talk to us. After getting thewrong food we did take it back to tell her and she simply looked at us and said "oh well I only charged you for the cheeseburger" not acknowledging her mistake but blaming us, saying that's what we told her. Then gave a rude and sarcastic "sorry"with a glare. I'd expect this sort of attitude from a teenager but this woman was well seasoned with a full head of silver.
