We got one special order cheeseburger that was good but the two for 6.00 chicken sandwiches tasted like they were made the day... before. The fries were cold and so were the sandwiches. We also didn't get any napkins and needed them. Read more
I planned on eating inside and got in line behind another fellow. 2 people were working the drive-through while no one worked... the inside. They looked over numerous times but ignored us. I edited a mobile order to add a free sandwich. I paid the tax on it and updated my order. When I went to the window the cashier... said the order timed out. I showed her my confirmation code and the price I paid showing the free sandwich and the tax. Thecashier and 2 managers demanded to see my bank account to show I paid! I checked my account but the charge didn't immediatelypost. I was accused of stealing food! I will NEVER buy anything from a McDonald's EVER AGAIN!!!
